2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to create and manage your membership account, process payments, provide access to content based on your membership level, send updates about new content and quarterly book updates, improve our platform, and respond to your questions.
3. Membership Levels
OTM Insights offers three membership tiers: Free Member (Articles, Videos, Forum), Founding Member at $19/month (full access including The OTM Consultant Book), and OTM Consultant at $29/month (full access including The OTM Consultant Book).
4. LinkedIn Login
If you sign in using LinkedIn, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo. We use this solely to create and manage your OTM Insights account. We do not post to LinkedIn on your behalf or access your connections without explicit permission.
5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data with payment processors (Razorpay, Stripe), email service providers, analytics providers, and legal authorities if required by law.
6. Data Security
We implement SSL encryption, secure password storage, and regular security audits to protect your data. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure.
